Dr. Max Fernandez
Co-Founder | Strategic Planning & AI Integration
Dr. Max Fernandez is a seasoned leader in Christian education with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning for ministries. As the Head of School at First Baptist Christian Academy, he has successfully guided schools through accreditation, leadership development, and AI integration. Max holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. from Louisiana Baptist University, along with an M.Div. and a Master’s in Educational Leadership (in progress). His expertise includes school governance, financial stewardship, and technology-driven education strategies. Max is passionate about equipping Christian schools with mission-driven solutions that ensure long-term growth and excellence.
Catrina Fernandez

Catrina Fernandez brings over 10 years of accreditation support experience for Christian schools, guiding institutions through ACSI, FACCS, and regional accreditation processes. With a strong background in educational compliance, she specializes in helping schools align their vision with accreditation standards while maintaining their biblical mission. Catrina has been instrumental in streamlining school operations, improving faculty engagement, and enhancing student success.
